Pathfinders Program |

Pathfinders is a program where our professional college counselor works with each student and their family to prepare a post-graduation education or occupation plan. 
Depending on each student and their goals, the PathFinders process will prepare them for college, job opportunities and the transition out of high school. More than 90% of our seniors transition to college. These higher-education institutions include two-year colleges, four-year universities and vocational and technical skill programs. Our students have achieved admission to a diverse group of school, from College of Marin to Berkeley, from Arizona State to Stanford, and from Foothills to Mitchell.
